This month marked four years of instructing at @rrstudio.cb. 🖤 Four years of early Thursday mornings, and this week marked the final Thursday at the original Spar Road location.

So much growth, and so many memories and friendships made that go far beyond these walls. Thank you to everyone who showed up to sweat with me week after week. Ride and REMIX have been such a big part of my (our) journey and I am so, so grateful for this amazing community.

We’ll be settling into our temporary space in Sydney River for the next few months before the transition to something even bigger — our forever home! The best is yet to come, y’all!! ✨ taken in R&R Studio by @_kristinquinn

If it doesn’t fit in my carry on, it isn’t coming. ✈️

Over the past few years, I’ve really focused on refining my wardrobe by investing in quality neutrals that mix and match easily, can be elevated with the right accessories and still work with a pop of color without spending too much on trendy items that go out of style fast.

I can see such a difference in how I used to pack vs. now. I never stress about re-wearing pieces and everything that gets added to my suitcase feels intentional and realistic.

It might take a little extra thought while packing, but it eliminates clutter and decision fatigue while I’m away! ☀️✨

January balance at its finest. 🤍

— health and wellness things: slow mornings, face masks and pjs on at 7pm, self-help books, lots of veggies, cottage cheese eggs and hot honey beef bowls on repeat
— exercise things: outdoor movement, snowshoe adventures, @form january jumpstart, full @rrstudio.cb studio classes, REFINE advanced training and launching our new RUSH class
— balance things: wine club, date nights with hubs and Tuesday night concerts with friends
