Save the date for the next Sallad Comedy show! As you may know I started a comedy troupe in 2023 and we’ve had a blast putting together shows for friends, family, and new friends. Roger | Papa Rog | LeRoy | Dodge | Rotney | Dad

Dad went round for round with cancer the last 2 years. The fight is finally over, and I think Rog won. If you knew my dad you knew a man who was always laughing or goofing. Half the things, phrases, or ways I say things come from him. Dance moves... got em from Dad... Jokes... from Dad... humor is genetic.... Where I learned to be generous... Dad..... Why I have deep friendships.... because my Dad had deep friendships..... Dad thank you for everything you did to help me become the man I am today. I know you were proud of me, but I am looking forward to the moments to come where I knew you would have been proud. Roger fought harder than I have ever seen anyone fight. I am proud to have called you my dad and my friend. In the past few days, I have had a front-row seat to grief and suffering, I have had a front-row seat to reconciliation. I have had a front-row seat to a family celebrating someone who was deeply loved. I had a front-row seat to the loving-kindness of Jesus through a peace that surpasses all understanding. Today was hard, and the next few weeks will be hard. However, what is being produced is much greater. Romans 5:3-5 | James 1:2-4 | 1 Peter 1:3-9 Thankful for the gift that was Roger Smith's life. Miss you already Dad. Excited to celebrate you in the weeks to come. I love you Rog.
