I am overwhelmed with gratitude and joy to share that I have been honored with the 2025 Rookie State Director of the Year award for Varsity Spirit. Imagine little me, who went nuts after winning Rookie Instructor of the Year back in 2018. It was a defining moment in my journey, and it ignited a passion in my heart that only continued to grow.

This award isn’t just a shiny trophy; it’s proof that all the late nights, passion, and hustle have paid off. Hitting my Illinois goal is the cherry on top, showing that dedication truly moves mountains. Huge shoutout to my mentors for believing in me, my team for being the best crew ever, and my family and friends for being my ultimate hype squad.

This win is a high-five to all of us. It’s a sign that dreams are totally up for grabs and there’s so much more we can crush together. Little me would be over the moon, and I’m SOOO ready to keep shaking things up and making magic happen in the cheer world.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this epic ride. Here’s to more adventures and even crazier goals! taken in Loews Arlington Hotel by @_kwchoreography
