Hard to write something
That seems to be real
Standing in a place of grief

Since about the age of five

We are BLACK MEN!..... We build .... We don't tear down other BLACK MEN! .... We have felt the pain of being torn down and we have decided we will be deliberate about building others! Yesterday I closed a chapter in my life. I have made so many great friends that turned into family, and I have created memories that will last forever. I’m grateful to have met each and every one of these people, and I’m going to miss spending every day together. Hopefully we can all reunite at some point in the near future and make some more of those memories. This was the best time I have had in my life and I will cherish this forever. It’s been a great ride here. I’m glad to say that I left my mark at ESU and accomplished so much on and off the court, making a name for myself. While it isn’t the end of the career I had hoped for, I am happy for all of the things I have done. My coaches and teammates all played a huge role in building me up, trusting, and criticizing me when needed, making me better in the process and I thank them for that. The ball isn’t finished bouncing for me yet, I still have a lot more in the tank, and I’m not finished. And a special Thank-you to everyone else that supported and cheered me on, helping make this a special time of my life.
