My journey a lil’ different. I always wanted to put some weight on, so I got in the gym YEARS before it became a trend with a goal of 120 in mind. We’re talking between my early to mid 20s, I was barely 100 lbs back then.

Admittedly, since the baby I haven’t been consistent outside of PT & I miss weightlifting. [Workout buddy? 👀] Anyway, THIS is 120 @ 8m postpartum.
