Training abroad hits different 🌍🔥
There’s levels to growth when you step outside your comfort zone physically, mentally, spiritually. Grateful for these conversations with my brother @livefreewithscottyb

If you could train anywhere in the world for one month, where would you go and why?👇🏾 taken in Medellín, Colombia by @_lamarjones30

Colombian fitness culture isn’t a trend

This isn’t about losing 10 pounds.

It’s about proving to yourself that you can keep a promise.

Most people quit when motivation fades.
The results come to the people who keep going anyway.

Whatever goal you’re chasing right now…

Don’t stop.
You might be a lot closer than you think.

The craziest part isn’t the progress. It’s realizing how close you came to quitting before any of it happened.

Show up. Even when it’s quiet

Quiero darle un agradecimiento especial a mi entrenador @diego_elcortes por el gran trabajo. Tengo que admitir que entrenar aquí en Bogotá no es fácil; la altura se siente diferente. Gracias por tu paciencia conmigo, hermano. taken in Bogota, Colombia by @_lamarjones30
