On set, Lance arrived with one intention: to embody royalty.

No garment carries that feeling more profoundly than one created by his own hands. Wearing a look entirely designed and crafted by himself, Lance transforms fashion into a personal statement of artistry, dedication, and self-expression.

The ensemble holds a deeper significance. Originally worn for a fashion show at his workplace, the look represents both his creative journey and his role as a fashion design teacher.

Through his work, Lance guides young minds in discovering the craft of sewing, garment construction, and the confidence that comes from creating something uniquely their own.

The waistcoat featured in the look marks the beginning of that story. It was one of the first garments Lance ever created, a reminder he shares with his students that every designer begins somewhere.

“This is where I started. I started on the same page as you. This was the first thing I ever made.”

The cropped blazer and trousers reflect the evolution of his practice, showcasing how experimentation and persistence shape design. Crafted with unconventional details, including a collar incorporated into the waistband of the trousers, the pieces challenge traditional ideas of construction and encourage a new perspective on clothing.

For Lance, fashion is a language of possibility. Each garment becomes a lesson, a reflection of growth, and a reminder to his students that creativity has no limits.

The greatest luxury is wearing something that carries your story.

For Lance, that story is one of creation, transformation, and the belief that anyone can become the designer of their own vision.

Feeling incredibly grateful (and still slightly pinching myself!) to have had the opportunity to be a photographer at Dublin Independent Fashion Week. 📸✨

Being surrounded by such talented designers, models, photographers, stylists, creatives, and all the amazing people working behind the scenes was genuinely inspiring. There’s something pretty special about being part of a team where everyone brings their own creativity, passion, and a little bit of beautiful chaos! 😂 @_lance.santi_ the qween you are! the one where grief is a gift 🤍

“Often times we view death as the end all be all of our lives - the concrete conclusion to a life that was once fruitful. But in fact, it is quite the opposite that rings true. *When we lose those that we love, the love that we have for them suddenly has nowhere to go*. That is how I view what grief is. It is the profound evidence of how deeply connected our relationships are with each other. WHEN WE CHANNEL AND REDIRECT OUR GRIEF, IT POSSESSES THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER TO BECOME A CATALYST FOR GROWTH IN OUR LIVES. Grief is a blessing in disguise. It is those that we love reminding us that this is not the end, but rather, them continuing to hold our hand and quietly guiding us through the rest of our lives.”
