Yesterday, I had the privilege of returning to my alma mater, Covenant University — barely a month after graduating. This time, not as a student… but as a guest invited to teach.

Standing in front of the 300-level students to speak on Online Marketing and Online Marketplaces for Business Transactions was a full-circle moment for me.

Just last month, I walked across that same campus as the 2nd Best Graduating Student in my department. And today, I found myself sharing knowledge, real experiences, and practical insights drawn from the work I’m doing with LaniXpress, my growing business.

I didn’t just teach — I told a story.
I showed them how online marketing actually works using LaniXpress as a live case study: how we structure our online presence, how marketplaces operate behind the scenes, and how digital tools can turn ideas into income.

The energy in the room was incredible.
Their questions reminded me of my own curiosity not too long ago. And their excitement showed me that impact doesn’t always come from a stage — sometimes it comes from simply giving back where you started.

This experience confirmed something for me:

1. We don’t need to “arrive” before we start adding value. We grow by pouring into others.
2. Opportunities don’t always come fully formed. Sometimes, you create them with what you have.
3. Your story is already inspiring someone — even if you don’t see it yet.

I’m truly grateful for this opportunity and excited for many more.
Public speaking is a skill I’m intentionally developing, and experiences like this are shaping me into the leader I envision.

Here’s to growth.
Here’s to impact.
Here’s to more doors opening — and having the courage to walk through them.

Graduating with a 4.90 CGPA… wow, it can only be God’s grace! 🙏🏽
I’m deeply grateful to my amazing parents, my ever-supportive siblings, and my wonderful friends
who stood by me through every joy, every pain, every heartbreak, every mood swing, and every late-night rant. You all have been my strength more than you know. ❤️
And to myself — I am so proud of the woman I’m becoming: a woman of grace, wisdom, and purpose. The girl who walked into Covenant University five years ago would be so proud of the woman standing tall today.
Congratulations to me!💃🏽
