Wonderful to be part of David Attenborough's new documentary: Planet Ginger. Episode 1: Retreat From The Sun.

Sadly, due to this ginger hibernating period, I will not be able to see anyone until September. But to feel free to pop round and post ice lollies and wine through my letterbox. Ta.

Do let me know any other equivalent phrases for balls of steel if you have them. Will be submitting them for review at the Oxford dictionary committee later on this year....or Weatherspoons this Friday, either or

If anyone did eventually find out what Layla did, please do let me know. Otherwise I can only presume she returned to the sea and is having a lovely time, using empty chardonnay bottles as flotation devices.

Just rehearsing my version of the SNL Shane Gillis Monologue. If anyone has any feedback please, please, do get in the bin and set that bin on fire. Monologue regards, thanks.

The room was a rockin last night! Thanks to everyone who made it such a goodie.

October marks two years since we started our lovely little gig @thecardiganarms and we've pulled together an amazing line-up to celebrate!

Our headliner is Leicester Comedy Festival Comedian of the Year 2025 Louise Atkinson! Louise has tour supported for some of the country's best acts including Lucy Beaumont and Sarah Keyworth and we can't wait for you to see her on our stage.

Alongside Louise we have BBC New Comedy Awards Semi Finalist 2025 Charlie Ashton and Ignacio Lopez tour support Harry Jenkins- 'Destined for the big leagues' I Choose Birmingham.

All held together by your resident MC Jack McLean

A surprise audition for this wonderful Opera trained teacher in Cardiff the other week.

If someone wants to start a Gofundme to get him out of the classroom and back to opera, let me know. My suggestion would be to call the Gofundme "from the valleys to verdi".

Day infinity of the British heatwave. Morale is low. Supplies are dwindling. Ice cream is now a soup dish. The motherland says we are to stay strong.

It’s that time of year again, where we’re all expected to sit up straight in the heat and pretend we know our crudités from our forehand drives

Apologies for spoiling match point and ruining someone's career, but Pringles were on offer.
