A day of rest or a day of rollin?

Rollin wins ❤️

I have a purpose as a coach and as a mentor

I've spent most of my life helping people believe it is possible for them too even when they doubt it is possible at all .I'm proud to have guided people through some of the worst things a person can deal with.

Trauma ,alcoholism, relationship breakdowns ,money problems ,eating disorders ,poor mental health , domestic abuse, cancer .

These are all present in society ,then and now and they are here to stay .

I resonate with a lot of these personally which is why I'm so passionate about what I do .
I don't train to show off my six pack ,I train because it builds a shield around me that can help protect me in just about every way .

And some people get lost in what they do and don't know why they become a coach in the first place ,zero reason other than to show off a physique and for me that serves little purpose when you look at the bigger picture.

It is possible for anyone to enhance their life ,no matter what it is that they are dealing with .And when you are someone that has been dealt some of the cards a client has it can literally change someone's life .

Coaching should ideally come with a passionate understanding of the clients needs and when you have that , wonderful things can happen. by @_laura_reid__

The 12 week reset done ✅

I'm back to my normal physique, performance and mindset .

Anyone can slip into bad habits , everyone deals with it differently.
As soon as I see my body changing I am right back on that wagon .

A summer of complacency, disaster for me .

How did I turn from soft to lean again in just 6 weeks and maintained?

Follow these simple steps
👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

I tracked my food .
I trained with Intent
I didn't drink .

There is nothing magical in what needs to be done to improve your life, body and mind .

There is nothing difficult in cooking your food and bypassing the processed garbage that's the easy route.

There's nothing killing you setting aside 45 minutes 3/ 4 times a week to get some active training in .

There is nothing crazy about the ability to walk past the alcohol aisle in your shopping or to take a sabbatical.

These are the fundamentals ,people say this is hard. Its fuckin easy .

I bet hands down that literally if I asked to see 99.9% of the people that say it's too difficult screen time on their phone 🤳🏼 they wouldn't want to show me it .

There is something for everyone that can improve lifestyle, and if you tell me there's not for you ,I'll find a way . by @_laura_reid__

A room full of talent

discipline, heart and hunger. Young athletes pushing standards, challenging each other and putting in the work long before the spotlight finds them .

Work ethic sets you apart. 👊🏼

Connection with your children through sport .

Both of my boys were Introduced to sport at a young age and proven with Kerr now 25 that early intervention can last into adulthood. It's something I will always advocate in a time where children are choosing technology over physical activity.

I take pride knowing I have a positive influence over both of them through sport ,there is no better healthy addiction than training. by @_laura_reid__

Menopause Diary week 10

If I can do it so can you .

I have no advantage,I'm a regular mum ,spinning plates ,dealing with stress , menopause ,the usual shit .

You don't need to train 7 days a week ,you don't need to eat garbage boring food .
What you do need is your head in the right place and I can help you .

Remember this photo in the bottom right corner?.this was just 7 weeks during summer where I stopped training the way I am used to ,drank more than I ever would and ate offplan .
Throw in an 11 day road trip to France and disaster . Menopause showing me my body is storing more fat than ever .
I didn't gain an ounce but my body went so soft it was hard for me to watch tbh .

I'm not looking for shreds ,I'm looking for a physique that will look after me in the future .

Do you feel you need to change how you think ,eat and train? I'm the coach for you .
