Never underestimate the power of “I love you.”

It calms the nervous system, softens the chaos, and reminds you that you have each other. Something you once prayed for.

Take the moment and treasure it because life is short. Even if we lived to 99, it would never be enough days to be next to the one that keeps our hearts warm ❤️‍🔥🥰 by @_layla_raquel_

Like black diamonds scattered along the shore. The feeling of the soft powder sand after the storm brought me back to the magical beaches in Carlsbad before dredging changed everything. by @_layla_raquel_

His birthday, my birthday…at some point we just decided they are both ours…another reason to celebrate this beautiful life! 🥳 @aaronpallasch by @_layla_raquel_

Self love is the quiet art of filling your own wings with light so you can give more of it to the world 🦋✨ by @_layla_raquel_

Life will challenge you but you can choose how to perceive it.

Sometimes, what feels heavy is simply an invitation to pivot your perspective to find the growth in the struggle, the beauty in the becoming, and the opportunity to evolve 🦋 by @_layla_raquel_

✨ The Magic of Expressive Fashion ✨

Have you ever put on an outfit and felt your energy completely shift? Like your soul just woke up to dance?

Fashion is so much more than clothes. It is pure artistic expression.

When we dress for ourselves, something magical happens. Science shows that wearing clothes with personal meaning activates enclothed cognition. Your brain releases dopamine, your confidence skyrockets, and you light up from the inside out. 🧠💫

And the best part? This has absolutely nothing to do with anyone else’s opinions. It is entirely about how your soul feels alive.

Here is the real secret: when you embody this type of raw confidence and grace, your energy becomes contagious. You don’t need to shout for attention; your frequency does the talking. The right people and connections will naturally gravitate straight to you.

I am all about a simplistic, versatile wardrobe. But the real magic lives in your power pieces, those highly expressive, authentic items that speak directly to your spirit.

You don’t need a closet overflowing with them. You just need a few special pieces to bring out when the time is right.

And yes, you can wear them over and over again. Authentic style never goes out of fashion.

44 and happy to be here 🪷🦁✨

Someone recently asked me what my “fake age” was. I smiled and said, “44.”

The truth is, I don’t want to hide my age. I want to celebrate it. Growing older is a privilege, and every year has brought wisdom, resilience, and a deeper appreciation for this beautiful life.

Over the past year, I’ve found myself returning to what matters most: nature over noise, presence over perfection, and living with greater intention.

In numerology, 44 is a Master Number, symbolizing strong foundations, purpose, and building a life that lasts. This season also aligns with the energy of Leo~ an invitation to live with courage, creativity, and to shine from the inside out.

Whether or not you believe in numerology or astrology, I love the reminder: there comes a time when you stop waiting for permission. You trust your path. You embrace who you are. You stop hiding your light.

My intention for this next chapter is simple…to keep choosing what feels real, to live with gratitude, and to honor the gift of becoming more myself with every passing year.

Here’s to 44.

Here’s to building, growing, and remembering that the best light has always come from within. ✨🤍✨ by @_layla_raquel_

💚You cannot pour from an empty cup💚

Yet so many of us try.

We pour our energy into everyone else, leaving only the last few drops for ourselves. Then we wonder why we feel exhausted, disconnected, and far from who we truly are.

Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s sacred.

When you intentionally nourish your mind, body, and spirit, you return home to yourself. You quiet the noise, reconnect with yourinner wisdom, and remember the magic that’s been within you all along.

From that place, you move with intention. You speak with clarity. You love without losing yourself.

You were never meant to give from what little remains.

You were meant to fill your cup so completelythat what spills over naturally blesses everyone around you. ✨

Because here’s the beautiful secret: your light doesn’t dim by caring for yourself. It shines brighter.

The greatest gift you can offer the people youlove is the truest, most radiant version of you.

Now go fill that cup, beautiful soul. The world can wait a moment. 🤍✨🪷 by @_layla_raquel_

What do you do when one of your favorite humans has a birthday exactly one week before yours? You celebrate each other with a luxurious spa day. 🤍✨

Happy Birthday, Laura. Thank you for being one of the greatest gifts in my life. May this next year bring you everything your beautiful heart is calling in, and so much more. Your resilience, drive and the way you move through life with grace, is truly inspiring.

As Leo sisters, ruled by the sun, may we continue to shine our light even during the strongest storms, have faith in the journey, and step into this next year with open hearts. This is our year to shine my 💜🦁 by @_layla_raquel_
