The Intentional Lifestylist

44 and happy to be here 🪷🦁✨

Someone recently asked me what my “fake age” was. I smiled and said, “44.”

The truth is, I don’t want to hide my age. I want to celebrate it. Growing older is a privilege, and every year has brought wisdom, resilience, and a deeper appreciation for this beautiful life.

Over the past year, I’ve found myself returning to what matters most: nature over noise, presence over perfection, and living with greater intention.

In numerology, 44 is a Master Number, symbolizing strong foundations, purpose, and building a life that lasts. This season also aligns with the energy of Leo~ an invitation to live with courage, creativity, and to shine from the inside out.

Whether or not you believe in numerology or astrology, I love the reminder: there comes a time when you stop waiting for permission. You trust your path. You embrace who you are. You stop hiding your light.

My intention for this next chapter is simple…to keep choosing what feels real, to live with gratitude, and to honor the gift of becoming more myself with every passing year.

Here’s to 44.

Here’s to building, growing, and remembering that the best light has always come from within. ✨🤍✨
