This one is for my mama…
The inspiration behind this is one of my childhood memories. My mother and father always worked full time while raising my brother and I. Sometimes they would be so tired we would try and find the quickest thing to eat, so we loved having breakfast for dinner. Breakfast is also my favorite meal of the day, so I had to create a dessert that reflected this story. 💞

I heard y’all were hungry, prepare to be fed🙂‍↕️🫶🏽

Strawberry Shortcake🍓
• strawberry coulis, vanilla sponge, strawberry mousse, and the infamous streusel

Mom’s favorite treat when I begged her to let me get ice cream from the truck growing up🥹

Good Humor but better 😋

6 layers of cake, 5 layers of coulis, 11 total sheesh🫣

Ube Croissant 💜
• ube pastry cream, coconut rice pudding, Ube vanilla glaze

Y’all know I love purple 🫶🏽

R&D was definitely interesting for this one 🥐

Satisfying, hypnotizing, or both??

Used both Okinawa and Stokes blend to make the puree… my hands were purple for days 😭

Pear Petit Gâteaux🍐

• asian pear insert, ginger sponge, pear mousse, ginger shortbread, honey tuile 🌼

An oldie but a goodie🫚

🌟

S’more’s Bon Bons 🍫

• marshmallow, dark chocolate, graham cracker

Made these as favors for our engagement party🍾

Hazelnut Bon Bons

•dark chocolate, hazelnut, hint of frangelico 🥃
