Some concerts are just concerts… and then there are nights that feel like you’ve stepped back into a piece of your past.
Seeing Simple Plan, Bowling for Soup, Mariana’s Trench, and I didn’t get to actually see them but - 3OH3! live was honestly something special. The whole night was filled with nostalgia, incredible energy, and that feeling of being young again, even if just for a few hours.

My favourite was definitely Simple Plan, but every band brought something amazing to the night. The crowd, the music, the energy, and hearing songs I grew up with made it feel like one giant trip down memory lane.

The best part for me was singing my heart out to the songs that meant something deeper. Some songs brought back memories I hadn’t thought about in years, and others hit places in my heart that I didn’t even realize were still there. There were moments when I was screaming the lyrics with everyone around me, laughing and having the time of my life… and then suddenly finding myself crying because a song connected with a part of my past.

And honestly, there’s something beautiful about that. Music has a way of keeping pieces of us alive. One song can bring back a person, a place, a feeling, or an entire version of yourself.

For one night, I got to relive a little bit of my younger years, sing until my voice was gone, laugh, cry, dance, and make new memories with old songs.

It wasn’t just a concert. It was nostalgia, happiness, healing, and a whole lot of screaming lyrics at the top of my lungs. ❤️🎶✨🤘🏻

19 whole years and every year I have to share the same photos because these are the only ones I’ll ever have. I cry every single time I write or repost these.

19 birthdays, Christmas, valentines days, Easter’s, thanksgivings, halloweens, random holidays without you.
I can only try to be happy and live in your honour.
I miss you each and every single day and I know you’re flying high up there 🕊️ I hope you’re proud of your little girl. I miss you so freaking much it’s crazy.
