I don’t tend to get on this app and share about my accomplishments too often, but I had to leave this one here.

I’ve spent a large chunk of my adulthood as an NBA Dancer. It’s molded me and contributed to my life experiences in so many ways.

After retiring from NBA Dance, I was fortunate enough that the Hawks kept me involved and working with the organization as a choreographer. I never felt too disconnected or far away.

Fast forward to today and I now work full-time with a dance team that shaped me in many ways. I’m excited. I’m grateful. And I look forward to pouring into this organization as much as it has poured into the development of me.

I plan to start sharing more about the different things I’ve done and accomplished. I’m proud of me. I have a lot to offer. And the world deserves to know that 🫶🏾

I love the reach out music video & song so much I wanted to create my own choreography with @victoriamonet in mind that also lives in the world that @itsbankhead , @_divadavanna & @iam.madiina curated for Victoria. The combination of Vogue fem, Oldway & runway mixed with some of my favorite artists & creative minds was the inspiration behind the movement in this video.

And yes… the cheeks are gonna be sore. 😂
That’s not the problem. That’s the progress.

Ladies, if you’ve been saying “I need to work on my ass” — this is your sign. 👀

I’m accepting clients.
You bring the consistency, I’ll bring the program. 🍑🔥
