IT’S MY BIRTHDAY TODAY ❤️‍🔥🌹

34 trips around the sun & I can confidently say every year has had its own rhythm. Some years cracked me open and taught me how to grow roots. Some years stretched me, tested me, and showed me how strong I could be.

Then there are the years where all that unseen work blooms into something… this is the year I bloomed

Stepping into 34 feels like doubling down on faith, and trusting that the universe has been preparing me for my best life. This past year reminded me that breaking open isn’t the same as breaking down. It’s letting life shape me, it’s trusting that the cracks aren’t flaws, they are the doorways.

Doorways into more light, more truth, more of who I really am ✨🦋

So here’s to 34 years of emergence, plot twists, heartbreaks, healings, and beginnings I couldn’t have scripted if I tried.

and here’s to the beauty of not always knowing what’s next but still trusting the opening anyway ❤️🔥

I’ve had clients leave 9-5s, raise their rates, start their own businesses, stop people-pleasing, launch dream offers, move across the country, make more money than they ever thought they could and finally trust their own voice without burning themselves out to prove they’re “enough.”

If there’s one thing I’ve become an expert at, it’s answering the pull to become someone new 🌹

Over the years, I’ve left careers that no longer fit, walked away from relationships, moved across the country multiple times, built a business from scratch, started over with with nothing… more times than I can count and let go of versions of myself I thought would last forever…

None of those identity shifts happened overnight. None of them happened because I found the perfect morning routine, read one life changing book, or waited until I finally felt confident

They happened because I made one decision that aligned with the woman I wanted to become, and then another… and another… until one day, I realized I wasn’t trying to become her anymore, I was her

Looking back, I think every identity shift I went through was preparing me for the work I do now…

Helping women reconnect with themselves and become the version of themselves they’ve been feeling pulled toward is one of the greatest privileges of my life.

& something so amazing that I’ve learned and feel so lucky to witness is that the destination is different for every woman…

Sometimes that looks like finally setting the boundary, sometimes it’s asking for the raise or finding the courage or words to leave the relationship, launch the business, ask for help, speak up, trust themselves, or even simply keep one small promise they never believed they could keep…

the details are different, the process isn’t 🌀🦋

We’re not meant to stay the same person our entire lives. We’re meant to evolve & not because who you are today isn’t enough but because life keeps inviting you into deeper, wiser, braver versions of yourself and that’s kinda the whole point 🤍

If you’ve been feeling that quiet pull lately… I see you ✨ don’t rush it, don’t ignore it, honor it. The version of you you’re becoming is worth every uncomfortable step it takes to meet her 🌹🌹

One of the best investments you’ll ever make isn’t in your business, your career, or your goals…

It’s in the people you choose to do life with 🌹

The people around you shape what you believe is possible. They influence how much you laugh, how safe you feel being yourself, how quickly you get back up after life knocks you down, and even how big you’re willing to dream. That’s why sisterhood is one of the most underrated forms of healing ❤️‍🩹

Not because friends fix you but bc the right people give you permission to become more of yourself

As adults, it’s easy to let work, responsibilities, and routines take over, just don’t forget to make room for the people who make you feel alive 🦋

A weekend away won’t solve all your problems but it might remind you that joy and being alive are actually the whole point ✨

Cheers to the best week with the best girls celebrating Kendra’s birthday 🎉 we met three years ago at an event in California and have been best friends ever since!

It’s funny how happiness rarely arrives all at once

Most of the time, it sneaks in through ordinary days, spontaneous adventures, people who make you laugh until your face hurts, sunsets you almost drove past, and moments that don’t seem significant until one day you realize they were…

Maybe that’s the thing about a beautiful life. It isn’t built in one extraordinary moment, it’s built in hundreds of ordinary ones you almost forget to notice…

So here’s my life lately, from the little moments to the big 🌹🦋 I’m feeling grateful, happy, and like everything in my life, good and “bad”, was meant to be, so this could all be possible…

It was so dark for so long, it’s nice to just feel the light

BRB actually screaming and crying 😭

I love this carousel because it completely destroys the idea that success only looks one way. For one person, expansion looked like building a business, for someone else, it looked like trusting herself enough to ask for more, for another, it looked like opening her heart again, & for someone else, it looked like admitting that the life she had wasn’t the life she wanted anymore.

That’s exactly why I call myself a life and alignment coach. My goal has never been to help people create one specific kind of success. It’s to help them define success for themselves, pursue the life that’s most aligned with who they are, and support them as they build it 🦋✨

Watching these women expand into lives that genuinely feel like theirs will never stop being one of my favorite parts of this work 🫶

Expansion isn’t about everyone ending up in the same place. It’s about everyone becoming more of who they are ❤️‍🔥

It can be easy to look around and wonder why everyone else’s life seems to be moving while yours feels like it’s waiting…

The hard truth is there will never be a moment where fear completely disappears, every answer arrives, and you suddenly feel 100% ready. Most people don’t create the life they dream about because they have certainty. They create it because they’re willing to take the next step before they do.

Your next chapter isn’t asking you to be perfect. It’s asking you to be brave.

sedona recap ✨💅🦋🫶

something so special happens when women gather in safe spaces designed just for them ❤️‍🔥

over four days, I watched women laugh until they cried and cry until they laughed, speak truths they’d never said out loud, cheer each other on, take brave risks, and remember parts of themselves they’d forgotten. We screamed from the top of a mountain, wrote letters to our future selves, let go of stories we’d been carrying for years, owned strengths we’d spent far too long minimizing, dreamed bigger than we had in a long time, and watched strangers become sisters.

by the end of the weekend, there was one feeling almost everyone described: lighter.

lighter because they finally said the thing they’d been holding in. Lighter because they stopped carrying expectations that were never theirs to begin with. Lighter because they were reminded of who they are underneath the pressure to be everything for everyone else.

getting to witness that is one of the greatest honors of my life…

to every woman who trusted me, trusted this experience, and trusted herself enough to say yes… thank you.

My heart is so full, and I already can’t wait for the next one ❤️🌹

Another retreat in the books ❤️‍🔥

7 women in Sedona for 4 days was MAGIC✨
I don’t know if I’II ever have the words for what it feels like to witness people choose themselves so wholeheartedly.

Everyone cried, everyone laughed until their stomach hurt, everyone let themselves be seen exactly as they are, and somewhere over those four days, every single woman softened into herself.

I watched each woman become a little more honest, a little more courageous, a little more trusting of herself. By the end of the weekend, it genuinely felt like everyone had stepped into the version of themselves they’d been trying to become all along 😭🦋

One of my favorite moments happened on the last night. On the first day, everyone wrote themselves a promise for the weekend. I tucked those notes away and gave them back the last night. It was so beautiful, every woman there realized she’d received exactly what she’d come there asking for.

This retreat changed every woman who came, but it changed me too. It is the greatest privilege of my life to create spaces where people feel safe enough to be fully themselves, because I really believe that’s where the magic happens. These are the exact kind of spaces that made me the woman I am today.

Healing isn’t always as complicated as we make it.
Sometimes what changes your life is simply being in a space where you feel safe enough to tell the truth, to be loved exactly as you are, and to remember who you’ve been underneath it all 🌹🌹

inner child happy 🦋✨💕

There were years of my life where I lost touch with parts of myself.

Life got hard, certain relationships changed me & somewhere in all of that, I drifted away from the version of me who was spontaneous, adventurous, and always up for an experience.

One of the things I’ve loved most about the last few years is getting her back…

Not because I’ve become fearless. I haven’t. There are still moments on hikes where I question myself. There are still moments where I wonder if my adventures put me at risk. There are still times when doing things alone feels uncomfortable but every time I do it anyway, I remember something…

I remember that I’m capable, I remember that I can trust myself. I remember that I know how to figure things out & that feeling has changed me.

I’ve gone back to places that used to intimidate me. I’ve done hikes more than once and felt more confident every time.

Every time I come to Sedona, I take myself out to dinner alone. Usually on a Saturday night. Usually surrounded by people on dates, with their families, or on vacation 🫣

and tbh every single time, it feels right…

Not because being alone is the goal, not because the hike is the goal but because these experiences reconnect me with a part of myself that I thought I had lost.

New week, new perspective, new opportunities to choose differently ❤️‍🔥

I think sometimes we underestimate how much a single reminder, realization, conversation, or mindset shift can change the way we move through an entire week... and honestly, these were some of the biggest themes coming up over and over again in my client calls lately.

So if you’ve been overthinking, doubting yourself, feeling behind, craving clarity, or just needing a reset... I hope there’s something in here that helps you breathe a little deeper, trust yourself a little more, and move into this week with more intention instead of fear 🌹
