I used to think finding time for myself was impossible with two under two. But this morning? I chose me. ✌🏼✨

Let’s be real for a second—postpartum life as a mom of two means your body, your time, and your mind belong to everyone else 24/7. Between the endless snacks, nap schedules, and baseline everyday chaos, “me time” feels like a myth you only hear about on the internet.
So today, I set my alarm, laced up my sneakers before the sun came up, and walked 10,000 steps in absolute, uninterrupted silence. 🎧

No strollers to push. No tiny hands reaching for me. Just me, my thoughts, and 4.7 miles of quiet miles before 7:30 AM.

If you’re a postpartum mama feeling drained today, this is your reminder: you can’t pour from an empty cup. You deserve the time, even if you have to claim it before the house wakes up. 🌅

God carried me through an ectopic loss on November 2024. Just 20 days later, I was pregnant again—holding that secret close until Christmas. Fast forward to induced due date: a 4-day hospital stay turned into 7 long days surviving a labor induction, C-section, preeclampsia, and a blood transfusion.

Nursing my child in public isn’t up for debate—it is a God-given right and explicitly protected by federal law. 378 days in, down to 4 feeds, and standing in my power. We survived it all. 🤍

Expanding your family is always a leap of faith, no matter what the genetics say. 🤍

When my daughter was diagnosed back in 2022, I remember the heavy weight of the “what ifs.” Fear loves to tell us what we might lose—but hope is the only thing that shows us what we stand to gain.

Now, my sweet boy is almost 1 year old. He recently passed his first Early Intervention evaluation, which was a huge breath of relief. But because we believe in being proactive (not paranoid!), I’m already planning to have him reassessed when he’s closer to 1.5 years old.

Why? Because early intervention is a gift, and knowing what to look for isn’t a burden—it’s our superpower as parents.
