Kids thrive when they know what’s coming next.. visual lists can help reduce anxiety, support smother transitions, and help encourage independence with their daily routines

@slumberkins visual routine board has been a huge help in implementing better habits with routines in our household.

Having one of the boys go between two houses does take a toll on both boys and sometimes adds a hiccup into their days; so having a tool that they are able to see and independently access allows them the space to connect & to get back on track, because kids who regularly participate in daily routines experience a sense of safety and predictably that leads to increased self confidence.

Got the chance to go and check out the pod at @pacificresetlounge this week ❤️‍🔥

not only was it beyond relaxing but red light therapy also has so many benefits (especially as we are aging 🥴😂)
