Actually getting rest at hospital. Ahhhhh... I have named this the Covid Escape-a-Rita. Here is how I made it.

2 oz Patrón
1 oz triple sec
Juice of 1 lime
Juice from 1/4 orange 🍊
1 packet Truvia

Pour a tablespoon salt and half tablespoon sugar onto a small plate and mix together on a plate. Get out your favorite drankin’ glass. Dip rim in water and then into the salt/sugar mixture.

Pour rest of ingredients into shaker and go to town on it. Pour into glass over ice.
Instruct Alexa “Play Mariachi music”. Ignore everyone else around you who wants something from you or who just isn’t fun and enjoy yo drank.
