You will love it,save it to try later 🤍

Ingredients:

Ripe bananas 3 (the riper, the better)
Eggs 2
Coconut flour ½ cup (approximately 60 g)
Honey 2 tablespoons (to taste), but it’s better not to add it to the batter; instead, drizzle honey over the finished bread before eating.
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Butter — 2 tablespoons (melted)
A pinch of salt
Greek yogurt — 1 tablespoon

A little posterior chain flow 🤍

You’ll definitely feel this one in the glutes, hamstrings & back.

I’m using the Spine Corrector here, but you can do the whole thing on the mat!

Wearing @skims cotton set ☁️

I thought it would be really hard to find clothes made from natural fabrics. But honestly, it’s become such a fun game, searching for the perfect high-quality piece that will last for years, while filtering out all the low-quality, plastic pieces. Quality over quantity 🤌🏼
