Day 47 :: jogging in place to raise awareness for Suicide and Mental Health

Today my walk was my jog . . .

I wanted to “complete my task” of jogging in place. For many reasons it’s been extremely helpful and I know it’s what I’m supposed to do right now….

But…

Completing it looked different today and that’s *okay*

My body was telling me to do something different today - so I listened.

So - thoughts for the day - our days change and completing something might play out differently than what we expected or wanted - and that’s okay. I’m still moving, but doing it in a way that’s helpful for me right now ✌🏻

A good drive with the windows down and music up always does the mind, body and soul some good!

Day 45 :: Jogging in place to raise awareness for Mental Health and Suicide - join me

Thoughts for the day ::

• Little Things Matter •

They go a long way and have a huge impact on

That smile? Impactful

That compliment? Powerful

That 5 minute jog? Helps regulate your Nervous System

The deep breath? Helps regulate your nervous system and give your body and mind the oxygen it needs

Taking a moment to slow down? Priceless. The moments in the slow I keep finding to be the most valuable

Don’t ever let anyone tell you the little things don’t matter - they’re small but mighty ☀️

Just a reminder that homeschooling isn’t always pretty ;) There are many great things about it and many difficult things too!

And moments this morning were extra special hahaha
