I Always heard pray 🤲🏽 & ask for Gods guidance in ALL things. “Pray & ye shall receive.” Always heard in Gods timing & IF it’s Gods Will then it WILL BE FOR YOU. Always heard if God didn’t want you to have it, He wouldn’t have Given it to you”. Most importantly always heard “ keep God First,”then God will take care of your family & Bless Your Career. ✨✨

God has blessed me with such a beautiful opportunity, manifesting & praying are SOO REAL!!

Since 2019, I’ve been doing solar construction. Just recently a good friend of mine reached out to me & referred me to his company to work with him 🙏
In construction 🦺 it’s HARD to get on the Owners Rep side. I’ve always worked the EPC side in solar construction no work, life, balance & under paid! 🫩
For the past year I’ve been trying 🌀🛐🌀to get back onto the owners side.

In 2023, I started learning & practicing quantum touch.
This summer I lost my Quantum Touch instructor, she opened my world up to a whole 🆕 healing modality! My life & world had forever changed for the better!. ✨
The cool thing I noticed today while starting my 1st day of work/orientation was how the Projects Site Name is: “ Quantum II “ 🤯🧚‍♂️!!! HOW FREAKING COOL IS THAT!?!
For me this was my sign, it’s time to brush 🆙 & keep practicing Quantum Touch!

I’ve been running from my home past environment for the past 6 years. 2019, was the 3rd & LAST time for me to ever get arrested, & donate to Childress🫩🤡 County. Ever since, I’ve always been haunted by my past, scared to return & drive the HWY and residential areas of Childress Tx.😵‍💫
The GREATEST Blessing in this moment is how I feel like I recieved the BEST confirmation I could ever visually see!! This new project is in Haskell, Tx RIGHT near home (Childress,Tx) I am only 1 hr 40 mins from my hometown..

New leaves🍁🍃🍂have come & grown full🌀 circle ⭕️
I am NO LONGER CONTROLLED by my past. I am stronger & have all the tools to fight & face ANY unforeseen forces/challenges that may arise. I finally can feel safe, secure & confident with my family !!

- Since January I've been getting in tune with my Element 〰️ AIR ♒️〰️ 🌬

My sciatic nerve & the osgood-schlatter disease in both my knees 🦵would cause my body SOO much pain..For days I'd want to just stay in bed 🛌 & not move a muscle (thinking this would help me)
Being back home for a few months by Jan I gained 15 lbs. 5 lbs each month.. when I'd look in the mirror 🪞 I could see this was NOT me 🎭 who was I becoming? WHAT was I becoming?.

Past 2 1/2 months I started taking action & working on learning to control my breathing 🫁. I started doing cardio on the elliptical 🥵doing Over 5 Miles, 4-5 days out of the week 🏃🏽‍♀️💨 spending up to 2 hours in the 🏋️‍♀️ gym working on myself, body & breathing. Showing is the Hardest. Some days when the wind is safe for me, I'll even substitute cardio to kiting my glider 🪂🪂 for hours 🤸‍♀️🤘

Although my body ached in pain there was always something whispering in the back of my mind 🌀 MOVE 🌀
I'd even get told to stay out of the 🏋️‍♀️ bc it was "bad" 😒 bad on my body, bad on my nerve & bad for my knees. The TRUE key 🔑 is to know your limits.❗️I Truly believe in order to get out of Pain YOU'VE Got To GO THROUGH IT. FACE IT. My pain was in my lower back /SI joints/ Hip Joints. For me ⚠️this meant I needed to strengthen these areas. Cardio, Leg Extensions & Abduction / Adduction is my recipe 😋 👌

I am not "Cured" 100% As nothing is ever Perfect in Life.
However, I can breathe better, sleep better & my pains no longer ache as much as they used to🙌
Physically, Mentally, Emotionally && Spiritually I am at peace 🧘‍♀️

My advice is Don't let your pains or outside world pull you down for to long. Remember💬 your pains manifest physically into your body too ❗️Learn To Take Care Of You 🫶
