✨ WIP POST! ✨

It’s officially time to start prepping for spooky season! 🎃🖤

I can’t believe it’s already been a year since I released my very first spooky collection. After that launch, I had to step away because of corporate burnout, but thankfully that’s behind me now. I’m back, creating full blast, and more excited than ever to share what’s next.

To everyone who’s been here since the beginning, thank you so much for sticking with me. Your support truly means the world. 🖤

Now for the fun part... here’s a sneak peek at the start of this year’s collection (which still needs a name 👀). This time we’re taking Halloween back to the 1960s with a vintage-inspired theme!

I’m bringing back two of my original favorites—my little Ghost and Skeleton Candy Corn—but with fresh designs to match the new collection. I’ll also be prepping for my first local art market this October, so expect lots of behind-the-scenes peeks along the way!

This week’s photos include some early progress, rough sketches, and a few tiny vintage-style frames I’m testing for mini prints (and maybe a few other projects).

One question... should I bring back my little Mischief Boi with a vintage-inspired upgrade? 😈 Let me know in the comments, and stay tuned for more WIPs over the next few weeks! 🎃✨

A tiny ocean creature who found one shiny thing she loved... and immediately decided it was her entire personality. No shame. No regrets.
Nova is a handmade polymer clay starfish keychain inspired by those little moments when you find something special and never want to let it go. She’s happily rolling around the ocean floor with her precious freshwater pearl, living her best tiny ocean adventure. 🌊✨

Each Nova is individually sculpted by hand from Sculpey® polymer clay, then finished with Golden Fluid Acrylics to create her dreamy colors and playful details. She comes in two colorways:
☀️ Sunny Yellow
🌸 Hot Pink
🐚 Every Nova is unique.

This was my first time making multiples of the same design without using a mold. I wanted each one to feel like the same little character while still having her own personality.
And honestly... I’m so happy I did. 💕

No two starfish are exactly alike, and every genuine freshwater pearl has its own natural shape, color, and luster. Your Nova has her own tiny quirks—like one of millions of baby starfish drifting through the ocean until she finally found her perfect pearl. 🤍

WIP this week! I recently started a new part-time job so I can dedicate more time to my art, and I truly feel blessed and excited about this new chapter. After almost seven years in a corporate job and experiencing severe burnout at the beginning of this year, I decided to take a real chance on myself.

I'm still adjusting to my new schedule, but I'm so grateful to feel present again in my day-to-day life. I look forward to creating more and bringing more art into existence. ✨🩷🎨
