Visiting the beach just for walks has been fun lately, I have been having a blast with my #samsungs24ultra its camera makes me so happy, when im able to capture precious moments and those distance shots with ease. This is, one of the moments i caught through its lens.

I got to see Venus next to the moon a lil too close. Swipe to check it out.

When Venus appears right next to the moon, it looks like a brilliant, steady golden "star" shining near a slender, softly lit crescent moon.

What the Sight Looks Like

The Pairing: A thin, golden crescent moon sits side-by-side with a single, incredibly bright point of light.

The Glow: Venus shines with a steady, intense white or golden glow, often outshining every actual star in the evening sky.

The Setting: This happens in the western sky just after sunset during an event called a conjunction.

Why It Happens

Perspective: The moon and Venus only look close together because they line up from our viewpoint on Earth.

Real Distance: In reality, they are millions of miles apart. The moon is roughly 238,000 miles (384,000 km) away, while Venus is much farther out in space.

Brightness: Venus looks so bright because its thick clouds reflect a massive amount of sunlight back toward Earth, making it the third-brightest object in the sky after the sun and moon. taken in South Goa by @_luffy22_

Meet my brother, Callum.

Although if you've kayaked or SUP'd with Sahasea, there's a fair chance you've already met him. 😄

And like most siblings, we've had years of growing up, growing differently, annoying each other, having our own lives and somehow continuing to find our way back.

A lot of that finding our way back has happened outdoors.

The ocean and Sahasea has been our glue.

We paddle. Explore. Get grubby. Gossip about family, Eat after adventures. Worry bout our dad, Talk about things. Don't talk about things. And somewhere in all of that, we keep getting to know the humans we're each becoming.

We often think connection requires a big heart-to-heart..Well those are always welcome too..

But sometimes it could use a lil 'Doing Together'.

Take your sibling paddling. Learn to swim together. Make a recurring half-hour where neither of you is rushing off somewhere else.

Ten ten ten!! 😎🎉

Ten years of tides, lessons, laughter, challenges, courage, and community. Phew whattey wave it's been...

What began as 'This is all I know' grew into something far greater than I could have imagined. ( Here on lots of imagination:p )

To every guest who trusted us, every team member who stood beside us, every partner who believed in us, every friend who cheered us on, and every family member who supported the dream... thank you.

The sea has introduced us to thousands of incredible people and taught us lessons no classroom ever could.

SAHASEA has never been just about kayaking, swimming, SUP or outdoor experiences.

It's always been about helping people discover what lies beyond their comfort zone.. and I'm so grateful I get to witness it..

The best part of being a SUP instructor? The world is my gym and the sunset is my spotlight. 🏝️✨
