all my life i have struggled with feeling (and even accepting) that, i deserve.
that is a sentence, a statement in itself -
i deserve.

as uneasy as i was in this moment, i decided to document telling myself all the things and in all the ways that i feel (or want to feel, like make it a personal goal to achieve the feeling) that i deserve.

this season and chapter of my life has been extremely difficult and super uncomfortable -
but i’ve decided to lean into the discomfort.
i’ve decided i was going to learn from it,
learn more about myself.

it feels very foreign and like i’m on uncharted territory,
but part of me feels like it’s gonna be worth it if i just keep up the (self) work.

replaying this video and cringing at myself lol,
i also felt like someone, somewhere, could or would benefit from this personal love letter,
this gentle reminder that you also, deserve.
