Dear A&T,
Where do I even begin… Four years ago, the world felt uncertain. COVID was at its peak, everything was shutting down, and college didn’t even feel guaranteed. Every few months brought new outbreaks, new fears, new questions. But somehow, in the middle of all that uncertainty, I knew one thing for sure this university was calling me home the moment I stepped on campus.

And it truly became just that…home.

This place has grown me, stretched me, and loved me in ways I didn’t even know I needed. It held me through the hard days and celebrated me through the good ones.

From long lectures and meaningful ceremonies, to those 45-minute lines at Chick-fil-A, to late nights at the Stu after basketball games, to surprise dorm birthday celebrations…every moment mattered.
But what I’m most grateful for is who I became here.

A leader. A servant. A voice.

Dear Noble Hall,

What a journey this has been. From early mornings in the classroom to long days in clinicals… from tears, stress, and self-doubt to moments of clarity, growth, and purpose. Every ATI assignment, every proctored exam, every midterm, every case study presentation none of it was easy, but all of it shaped me into the nurse I am becoming.

Thank you to every staff member, professor, and my cohort, who saw something in me, even on the days I struggled to see it in myself.
Your patience, guidance, and unwavering support carried me through more than you know.
This program didn’t just teach me nursing it stretched me, challenged me, and transformed me. It built my resilience, strengthened my voice, and reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.

Did my 2-year sentence
No appeal, No delay,
Came out with a BSN,
Next stop … RN on the way!

750 clinical hours later… and over 1,000 hours in the library that became my second home.
There were nights I didn’t think I had anything left to give running on no sleep, wiping tears in between studying, questioning if I was really built for this. But somehow, I kept going. Through every early morning, every long clinical, every breakdown, every quiet prayer, and every late-night conversation with the library uncs who became part of my journey.

This wasn’t just school… this was sacrifice, growth, and becoming. Pieces of me changed in those moments more strength, more patience, more faith. And through it all, I’ve gained memories, lessons, and a version of myself I’m proud of.
