Big decisions were made today by @_ma_duck_

Day 2 back at the gym with @ryan.d.crissey served up legs. I also got to a little squatting with @pumpkinofsteel and make faces at @monkeyofsteel plus hugs from both! Great gym night!❤️ by @_ma_duck_

First time in the gym since August 3rd. Weight gained back, muscle lost, habits lost…. Let’s try this again, day one to a better me. by @_ma_duck_

Screaming happy birthday with all the BDE (big ducky energy) to the man, the myth, the legend, the monkey-est of all the monkeys to this guy today. So glad my life got blessed with you and your family.❤️ by @_ma_duck_

When you’re but a wee duck, trying to swim in the pond with the big dogs. 🤷🏼‍♀️ You just go, give your all and don’t stop. ❤️ one day I’ll see what they see, just happy currently for the support by @_ma_duck_

Working out with the Musclenerdz is a workout and a mental health refresher. Whoda thunk it🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ Support and people and laughter are healing…. Wild concept right😱
Mentally I’d gotten lost and had pulled away from going to the gym, noticed mental getting worse, listened to these friends, been the last two nights, I may of bounced around like an adhd squirrel at a rave working all the parts of my body, no routine per say. Working something is better than working nothing, I’m back in the gym right. 🤷🏼‍♀️Idk if the abs are sore from working out or the laughing I’ve been doing. We’re going with BOTH. Beyond thankful for these souls❤️ Physically sore equaling mentally better🤷🏼‍♀️ again who woulda thunk it… ramble over good night😘 by @_ma_duck_

Well I finally got back into the gym tonight after another hiatus. Once I made it in the door I had a great gym night with the @musclenerdzllc fam. ❤️❤️ love these people, i hope to one day love myself a quarter of as much as they love and support me by @_ma_duck_
