Well I finally got back into the gym tonight after another hiatus. Once I made it in the door I had a great gym night with the @musclenerdzllc fam. โค๏ธโค๏ธ love these people, i hope to one day love myself a quarter of as much as they love and support me

Thinking back to @dancingwiththestars last week ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ โ€ฆ I just want to take a moment to thank everybody who interacted with my socials, sent me messages of good luck, kindness and support. It truly meant so very much. Having sat in the DWTS audience for many, many years, never did I imagine, not even for a second, that one day Iโ€™d be blessed with the chance to sit behind the desk. What an incredible experience and a privilege to share my knowledge and passion. The couples gave absolutely everything and it was the most spectacular evening that seemed to fly by in the blink of an eye. I enjoyed every tiny weenie moment of it with my tiny weenie shoes ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ Iโ€™m now back in the UK continuing with @bbcstrictly, but I was watching from afar last night and sending lots of love and good wishes to all. Wishing the couples, professionals and the team the very best of luck for the rest of the series. Thank you all once again for making me feel so incredibly welcome ๐Ÿฅนโค๏ธ x
