leaving home and going back home 💛 norman became home for me for the last 4 years and gave me my best friends. the Lord has been so kind to me here & there aren’t enough words to even describe how much I have LOVED this place. someone told me a long time ago, “if it hurts really bad when you leave, you know you did it right.” AND LET ME TELL YA, IT DOES! — I started as a summer intern almost 7 years ago at @lifechurchsba , where I met my mentor and friend. ever since that, it has been a dream of mine to end up there one of these days and now I get to go back as the host team pastor, while my mentor is retiring from MANY years of faithful ministry. it is a dream come true to get to take the reins from the very person who taught me 💛 — getting to go home, but leaving a place that became that for me. what a GIFT it is that leaving could be so hard!!!! will FOREVER look back on this time of my life and see the Lords goodness all throughout it. coming for you in May, Tulsa!!! by @_maddeehill
