SHE’S BACK!!! 😎

Been pushing the limits with my training recently and keeping consistent. Dramatically reduced my sugar in take and upped my water and protein!! Really proud of myself and excited to keep pushing to see where this training/ mindset takes me!!!

PS Anyone else’s hair look like this after a crazy session?! 😅😂

Little transformation moment for myself 🙉💪🏻✨

Mad looking back at my first ever portfolio shots to my most recent. Throwback to being at dance college and dancing 6/7 days a week, not attending the gym I was paying for because I was so anxious. FAST FORWARD to my most recent shoot gyming 5 days a week, resting properly, eating right, enjoying life, feeling confident and LOVING my new shape!! by @_maetrain

DEADLIFT SUNDAYS 🔥💪🏻

We love deadlift Sundays but this weekend Mother Nature called and tried her best to convince me not to train today. Proud of myself for pushing through as this time does affect women’s training and motivation a lot but I still did it and even hit a new a PB! 🥳🥳

I always start my sessions with a pulse raiser, mobility, dynamic stretches suited to the session and my favourite @morganrosemoroney 6 min abs. This is how I start every session religiously before my main workout.

50kg x 10 reps
60kg x 10 reps
90kg x 2 reps (hands slipped then did 4 more reps)

Then started my single reps!

1st video: 100kg
2nd video: 105kg
3rd video: 110kg NEW PB
4th video: 115kg 🤣❌ we love training to failure!

Forgot my new lifting belt and wrist straps at home but can’t wait to see if there’s a difference next Sunday!

MY SUNDAY SESSION!! 🔥

After numerous requests, I’ve decided to start posting some of my own sessions 🤩

Sundays are my deadlift day! I use to take Sundays off to reset before the week ahead but for the last 7 weeks I’ve been getting in a short session of heavy lifts gives me a chance to train my 1 rep max without being tired from a workout prior and I’ve been LOVING IT 😍

You don’t have to be in the gym for hours to see improvements. Short, intense sessions will save you a lot of time and still feel the benefits. I’ve also been loving an earlier session to then have the rest of my day to rest.

First clip: 100kg x 1
Second: 105kg x 1
Third: 105kg x 1 (tired)

I use a 20kg olympic lifting barbell and work my way up to my 1RM.

50kg (incl BB) x 10
70kg (incl BB) x 6
90kg (incl BB) x 3
100kg (incl BB) x 1
105kg (incl BB) x 1
105kg (incl BB) x 1
