Earthy vibes! 🦆🍂

Dry-aged Gressingham duck breast with beetroot tartare and fondants, black garlic aioli, spiced cherry purée finished with a rich duck jus and a drizzle of chive oil 🍃

A plate that’s as bold and vibrant as it is delicious.

Miso-yuzu glazed Monkfish, orange-infused bok choy, pickled ginger, pickled walnut ketchup and yuzu sake butter sauce!

Great Asian flavours, well balanced from the sweetness of the miso Monkfish, the nuttiness from the pickled walnut ketchup and the tangy pickled ginger, all finished with a refreshing yuzu sake sauce!

You must try it this summer! 🐟🤩🍽
