We always thought we were healthy... until life proved us wrong.

And we really did think we were. Gym after work no matter the time, clean eating, pushing through exhaustion. Our careers were our identity. And then out of nowhere, Nat was diagnosed with stage four cancer at 33.

Everything shifts in a moment like that.

For years, we confused capability with true health. We pushed through fatigue, ran on momentum, and assumed our bodies would indefinitely keep up.

Our realization: If you don’t have your health, you have nothing.

Maison You exists because no one should have to face a life-altering crisis to finally give themselves permission to pause.

Today, we are sharing our story. Part 1 is live. Thank you for holding space with us. 🕊️

There’s a thing about awareness.

You think you’re doing everything right, until life proves you wrong, or until you’re lucky enough to have someone who guides you onto a better path...

Stef thought she was helping Nat heal. In truth, she was healing alongside her.

It was only then that she realised she had burnt out more than once, without ever calling it that. And that she had no idea what stress can really do to your body.

Then motherhood, a miscarriage, and everything changed again. Her perspective, her purpose...The body had been saying it all along. She just hadn’t learned how to listen.

Now we listen, not perfectly, but a lot sooner than we used to.

That’s really what Maison You is: the listening, and helping you find what you actually need.

Part 2 is live. 🕊️

Maison You started as a promise: once healed, we’d go on a retreat together. We never doubted it would happen.

Healing taught us that true health is so much more than the physical body or being fit. It’s emotional, mental and spiritual too, and we’re only truly well when all of it is in balance.

When the moment finally came, we had the time and the budget set aside. But even with everything in place, choosing felt overwhelming. There was an ocean of options and nobody to guide us through them, nobody who truly understood what we were looking for.

What we needed was a trusted guide who could match us with the right place for who we were and what we needed in that moment. It didn’t exist, so we decided to build it. That was the seed of Maison You.

Part 3 is live. Thank you for walking with us. 🕊️

We love it when a curator comes home lighter. Alice and her sister spent two nights at teranka in Formentera, and this is what she brought back.

“From the boat to the rooftop sunset, everything slowed down. Mornings started with yoga in the nest, afternoons drifted between fig trees and quiet beaches, and the sound bath left me somewhere between awake and dreaming.

What surprised me most was how little it took. Two nights, one small island, and I came home feeling completely reset.

I left with the quiet reminder that sometimes the shortest escapes are the ones that stay with you the longest.”

In wellness, the trickiest part is the tricks we play on ourselves: The perfect routine. The fully booked retreat. The feeling that you could always be doing more.

This Halloween, we’re choosing our treats differently: experiences we can savour, rituals we actually enjoy and a little room to follow our own rhythm.

What’s your kind of treat? 🖤 by @_maisonyou_

YES YESS YESSSS to coming back to yourself. Let us find the right experience for you. by @_maisonyou_

Winter has its own rhythm by the sea.

Salt air, empty beaches and time to give yourself the care you’ve been craving. We’ve found we book the sea in winter now as there’s something about the emptiness that makes the rest actually land.

From the wild Baltic coast to the Mediterranean, our latest curation brings together wellness programmes for deeper rest, renewed energy and lasting wellbeing. Something good to bring home.

I’ve just experienced a truly special week on the Italian coast, immersed in the world of Datu, as a creator for the wellness platform @_maisonyou_ . Maison You is a curated platform that connects people to the most transformative wellness retreats and experiences around the world.

Set in a beautiful palazzo surrounded by the sea, lush gardens and the gentle rhythm of nature, this was so much more than a wellness retreat. It was an invitation to slow down, reconnect and discover what becomes possible when you surrender to slowing down.

Datu brings together a remarkable team of around 20 highly skilled practitioners, including Ayurvedic doctors and specialists from India, carrying generations of knowledge rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, a tradition spanning more than 5,000 years.

Throughout the week, I experienced deeply nourishing treatments, from Ayurveda to Traditional Chinese Medicine, guided by practitioners whose knowledge, intuition and dedication made each experience feel truly personal, all under supervision of the Doctors who guide you through.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including the delicious, seasonal, locally sourced and organic food, prepared with the principles of Ayurveda in mind.

Surrounded by the beauty of the gardens and the sea, I found space to slow down, learn, release what no longer serves me and reconnect with myself on a deeper level. The wisdom was shared so generously, and the care felt so genuine.

I left feeling lighter, recharged and more connected to myself, carrying home not only the benefits of a week of deep rest, but also new insights and inspiration to take into everyday life.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful people at Datu for the warmth, care and knowledge you shared.

And because this experience resonated with me so deeply, I’m incredibly happy to share that there will be an Moonsisters x @datuwellness Datu retreat in April 2027.

The idea of bringing this ancient wisdom closer to home, without having to travel all the way to India, feels truly special.

More to come…

Stay tuned. by @_maisonyou_

Perhaps something came to mind as you read this. A place you keep saying you’ll visit one day. Something you loved doing before life got busy. An idea you’ve only ever told yourself.

We know the feeling✨

So consider this a little encouragement to return to it. Look up the dates, send the message, set aside one afternoon this week. Give that wish a real place in your plans, not just a someday.

What have you been saving for later? We’d love to hear. 🤍

With love,
Nat & Stef, Maison You by @_maisonyou_

Day retreats are the new girls’ day out.

Because the group chat deserves a plan that actually makes it out of the group chat.

From yoga and brunch in Paris to Roman baths, Greek coastlines and the forests of Arcadia, here are five experiences worth making a date for.

Winter is nearly here, and some places make you wish it would arrive sooner.
Snow-covered trails. A sauna among the trees. Long dark evenings with somewhere warm to come back to.
There’s something about cold air and raw nature that resets you faster than anything indoors can. Mountains especially - they have a way of putting you back in proportion.
Our winter curation brings together four retreats where the season is part of the experience. Comment WINTER and we’ll send you the full edit. by @_maisonyou_

Meet Carlota Cebrián, Maison You curator.

Her path from law to design reflects a willingness to follow her creative instincts and build a life that feels her own.

A beautiful space can catch your eye. How it makes you feel is what stays with you.

That same sensitivity shapes her approach to wellbeing: finding what brings her peace, making time for meditation, and letting go of the need to do everything perfectly.
