I have a testimony to share!!

At the beginning of August, my whole world was shook. Something I’ve worked so hard to build over the years was stolen from me—my entire makeup kit was gone. I felt so defeated, but I took a day to brainstorm and came to my online community and asked for help.

The way y’all had me up and running that same weekend 🥹 lights, foundations, concealers, powders, lip glosses, eyeshadows, lashes, disposables. I am forever grateful for you all because without you, I would not have been able to go to Miss USA!

My kit was stolen on a Monday. My entire Amazon wish list was purchased on Tuesday. Foundations and concealers were purchased by Thursday, and by Friday I was working again. Saturday, @justuskells called me and asked me if I would come to USA with her—and I cried!

The devil tried but God had the final say. 🙌🏾

Pageants are so much more than looks—and you embody a little bit of all of us, which makes this win even sweeter ✨
