It’s hot af outside 🌞 per usual Bakersfield summer. Thankfully we still have lots of options to create beautiful memories for you and your fam AND stay cool at the same time. Cause if you know me, the heat is not my fave 🫠 but the summer sunshine does carry its own special magic!

Some idears:

- relaxing in the shade in this gorgeous new shooting space
- ice cream on the porch
- a slow lazy morning at home
- dance party in the sprinklers
- hanging by/in the pool
- a dewars/rosemarys date
- reading in the library
- traveling to beat the heat all together

One month ago we welcomed baby Dame 🤍 I'm so grateful for my amazing Doula @yourdoula.mary and Damian, who helped me have the birth experience I wanted. Contractions started at 6:20 am which I thought were nothing to worry about, but things started moving quickly. I labored at home until my contractions were close together and I was six centimeters dilated by the time I got admitted. Shortly after that I was eight centimeters and then before I knew it my baby boy was in my arms at 10:29 am. Thanks to my Doula's guidance I was able to have a natural birth, using controlled breathing , with lots of movement and swaying. Laboring on my hands on knees made a huge difference and Damian was so supportive with providing hip squeezes through every contraction. We were so thrilled to welcome our baby boy and become a family of six 🤍 by @_mareelee_prz

Disney expo ✨ When I signed up for this race I did not expect to be running it in my third trimester, but I did not let it stop me. I was up for the challenge, continued to train, and got it done. 🙌🏽🎉 Our bodies are capable of so much more than we think. taken in Disneyland Hotel by @_mareelee_prz

Finished my first half marathon a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. The energy from the crowd was amazing , the weather was perfect, and the views were beautiful. ☀️🌊 The support from family & friends meant everything. After baby comes we’ll chase PRs, but for now my only focus is to just finish strong . Now on to the Disney Half in a few months ✨ taken in Santa Barbara, California by @_mareelee_prz
