Last weekend, the Performance Insights team came together in Monaco to celebrate what has already been a memorable year for the business so far. 🇲🇨

Amid one of the most iconic weekends in Formula 1, it was a chance to reflect on the partnerships, events and opportunities that continue to shape our journey, while enjoying the race weekend together as a team.

Day 2 – Adelaide Motorsport Festival 🏁

Rain throughout the weekend but the atmosphere never slowed down.

Getting up close and personal with Mika Häkkinen and David Coulthard climbing in and out of the McLarens, from the cars lining up before heading out, to fans packed around the public displays and chasing down the golf cart for one last glimpse — Adelaide showed up all weekend long.

A festival that continues to bring together iconic cars, legendary drivers and passionate motorsport fans in the heart of the city 🔥🏎️

His message is clear: successful industries learn to embrace change — and even drive it.

Formula One has evolved by listening to its customers, understanding where they want to go, and adapting accordingly. That willingness to transform, rather than resist has shaped how the sport’s business model continues to evolve.

Mark also emphasises the importance of cross-industry learning. What works in one sector may not directly transfer to another — but exposure to different thinking prevents organisations from becoming too inward-looking.
