“The Storm” 🌪️ Comment ART and I’ll send the video directly to you

THE LINK TO THE FULL VIDEO IN MY BIO 🥰

Fun fact: I wrote this in 2020 😌 I was at a stage of healing and exploring my mental health. It’s important for me to share this because things can get better. Some things just take a little time. “There’s sunshine after rain”

Have you ever felt like a heavy energy was around you everywhere that you went? You couldn’t quite put your finger on it, but the presence was undeniable?

Well sometimes energy can attach itself to you and alter your field. You can experience something and your own energy can be altered or blocked and cause symptoms like fatigue, low mood, and even body pain.

A way that you can help this is by moving your body. Simple and intentional movement can help create a flow so you can move the energy through your body, and you can release it through breathing with the intention of releasing the energy.

Here, my neck and shoulders are stiff because that’s where I tend to hold tension, but after this session (1 hour of freestyle movement), I felt so much lighter and ready to conquer the world.

Energy cannot be created or destroyed, so the best thing to do (for me) is to work with it. We are so powerful and have way more control over our moods than we give ourselves credit for.

Hope this helps someone 🩷
