POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Life’s been busy, everyone’s been sick, and I’ve been stressed. But today, I’m grateful for the little things. Glad to have both of my boys and glad to take them to the high school with me today. taken in River Bluff High School by @_mattalderson

Had the opportunity to go to the @welcomeconference and experience NYC for the first time. Still can’t believe it really! Truly an experience I will never forget. Now it’s time to get a little unreasonable. by @_mattalderson

Growing up I never really let on how much I loved what a camera could create. But I have always been fascinated with angles of shots, portraits, and beauty found on the other side of a lens.

I’ve been scared to give it a shot, to learn or be self taught, if I’m honest to be judged… but a few years ago I turned 30 and decided to make a goal that by the time I’m 40 I would be able to make a short film all on my own that I would be proud of and others would enjoy.

I’ve worked for Young Life for over 10 years and seen banquet video after banquet video telling amazing stories of who God is and how He has used Young Life to reach young people. So my hope is that by the time I’m 40, I would be able to film some stories myself.

So, I guess I better start making more and putting it out in the world. Here’s to the goal and letting it rip. 🤷🏼‍♂️ by @_mattalderson

I’ve been a Young Life leader for over a decade now and I still get nervous going to the high school. I think that’s ok though, being nervous just makes me pray more. And that’s a good thing! by @_mattalderson

At this point, we know a thing or two about a thing or two and waking up next to you every morning is still the best part. I’m grateful you chose me and said I do 9 years ago. I can’t believe it’s gone by so fast, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I love watching you tend and care for our family, love our two wonderful(and wild) boys. I love watching you start your own business this year, shout out EA Counseling… you’re a boss. And most of all, I love loving you. God is good, all the time!

Also happy to admit that I did indeed out kick my coverage. Happy Anniversary, I love you @em.alderson by @_mattalderson

Life has been pretty darn full lately. A month on YL assignment at Carolina Point, replaced our AC Unit, and got some time at the beach. A roller coaster we are grateful for! by @_mattalderson

1 whole year with our little ginger. He’s fun, tender, mischievous, and loves to laugh big and smile bigger. Can’t believe it’s already your birthday! Happy birthday son. Mama, dada, bubba, and sissy(the dog) sure do love you! by @_mattalderson
