2.5 weeks post show ✨ sitting roughly 3-3.5lbs up from stage weight. Training hard, recovering harder, & eatin more than ur man.

Feedback was more adductor and more hamstring, specially in my back pose. Let’s refine, execute the plan, & come back big n bad next season 🐶

& just like that… that’s a wrap on my 2026 season 🎀🪩

I walked on stage with the BEST package I’ve ever brought and that’s a win in my book.
4th place in a HUGE, insanely competitive class full of incredible girlies. Proud of what I brought, grateful for how far I’ve come, and somehow even hungrier for what’s next.
This season showed me exactly what I’m capable of.

The heels are coming off for now… but don’t get too comfortable. The stage has absolutely NOT seen the last of me 💖

A figure girl & a bikini girl walk into a gym… 😂

Had a hot gym date last night🔥😆
Tried my hand at bikini posing 💁🏼‍♀️

Probably yapped just as much as we lifted, but it was absolutely some much-needed girl time 😁

I had SO much fun working out with you, McKenzie! 🫶🏼 Happy peak week, girl!! I can’t wait to see you crush it next weekend💪🏼✨

We came, we yapped, we trained back 🐶

Big thank you to @der_bear_ for always making sure I’m engaging the right muscle groups instead of letting my hyper-mobility take over 🤓
