One more show to go. Almost six months here in Berlin with THE MIRROR; created by the wonderful @gomcircus, housed at the stunning @chamtheater . This absolute brilliant bunch I have the absolute pleasure and privilege being a part of with Gravity & Other Myths @gomcircus, opened THE MIRROR at Chamäleon Theater @chamtheater in Berlin nearly two weeks ago! These pics were taken a couple of weeks before that; the night of our first preview! We run until 7 January 2024! I’m a lucky little happy buzzing bee, getting to spend so many months surrounded by such incredibly lovely, talented, generous, hilarious, hard-working, playful, inspiring artists, in such a unique and stunning theatre run by a most divine group of humans, in one of my favourite cities in the world…!I’ve stepped into a role originally created and performed by the exceptional @e.e.phoenix ! I am busy gradually making it my own, from the amazing and beautifully rich foundations and structure built by Ekrem and our director extraordinaire @darcyraygrant ! With the ever-so-wonderful @geordiebrookman on hand to guide us through the season here, I’m super excited to experience how this new production of a pre-existing work - with a majority new cast - settles, evolves and grows…! BENEFACTORS closed on Saturday night. What a ride! Thank you to the whole team and all the staff @ensembletheatre for looking after us so well, as always, throughout a great run of a stellar play. Thank you to Jim for the treats left backstage at the end of shows. And thanks to our show team: directors Mark and Margaret, designers Nick and Renata, David and Matt, production manager Paisley, stage manager Bella, and cast mates Matt, Emma and Gareth.What a treat it was to explore Frayn’s Sheila.
