Finally posting the full (yet incomplete) 9 minute full performance here. I hope you can take the time out to sit and enjoy this performance. Pushing Instagram to allow more long format videos through such rebellious acts.

My first produced solo that I’ve been performing and growing. It’s my first ever stage performance which holds so much of me and yet yearns for more.
“KALHANTARITA”

To performing such productions more and more.

On the beautiful occasion of this performance getting selected for it’s first festival in India here’s a snippet from @_mehffil_

“KALHANTARITA”
Draupadi is one of the most complex female characters in our mythology whose suffering was inevitably the cause of Mahabharata. This moment in this reel are the series of thoughts she might have gone through before her curse brought fate and dharma on track for the epic to take place.

To perform what I have always wanted to perform and finally getting opportunity to spread it. Thank you being here through this journey and for being there going ahead. Nothing without my audience. Love you all!!! by @_mehffil_

Mehfil —
Performed solo for the first time in delhi🥹
Oh, the struggle behind creating this piece! Since I don’t choreograph much, it was quite challenging to come up with something good especially if its a rap song🥲
I couldn’t execute it exactly the way I wanted to, but here’s the raw version for you — because that’s what truly makes a dancer.
