Un momento per tornare al corpo, al respiro, a noi.

Ieri da @_meimeij_, insieme a @liciaflorio, abbiamo vissuto una pratica intensa e liberatoria: un fluire di movimento, respiro, musica e presenza.

Abbiamo lasciato andare il controllo, ascoltato il corpo, attraversato l’energia del gruppo e ritrovato quella forza sottile che nasce quando ci si concede davvero di essere presenti.
