These songs hold the moments I didn’t always know how to talk about: fear, letting go, standing up for myself, and learning that healing isn’t linear. If you’ve ever felt like you were losing yourself, I hope this feels like a reminder that you can always find your way back.

It takes a village to put such a project together, and I am beyond grateful for the wonderful people that rallied up and helped me bring it to life (find them below) — thank you for believing in this EP and its message, for giving so much of your heart and time. new song "Worth It Soon" out now ❤️

I wrote this song because I wanted to reach out to my future self to know that all that I was pouring into my music would be worth it soon, that it would mean something. I guess that would make me the future self, though I still ask my future self the same question at times. I don't think there is an answer other than : just keep doing what feels right, keep doing what resonates with you. You can't go wrong when the heart speaks up.

Still, I do have to say to say to the me who wrote this : it was. xx

Visiting home — part 2 💛

Fresh haircut, beautiful moments with friends — even got to be there for my friend’s 30th surprise bday party, lovely walks at my parents, even picked the first apples out of my dad’s tree, a sold out show that filled my cup so much we’ll be doing it again (👀🫶🏼) and got to drive again and that felt so liberating (forgot that it played that song every time I’d turn it on hahaha) — what a lovely time home 💛

Visiting home - part 1 💛

After being gone for almost nine months, I headed home to Canada for the first time. What a wholesome trip 🥲

I saw friends, became a godmom for the second time, shared so many precious moments with friends and family, also went to my fav artist’s concert with my mom and that was the most wholesome trip ever. Added the coolest merch item to the collection (will explain soon). Sold out a show & performed to a room full of people, with new faces which always warms my heart so much when I get to sing to new ears, went to the spaaaaaaaaaa and literally breathed for the first time in months; everything was just absolutely on point perfect.

Two weeks is too short, but I feel so grateful to have such an incredible support system back home that filled my cup and filled every single second of this trip with such love — my heart is full as I am heading back home 2.0 🫶🏼

The room was full of love, you could hear a pin drop; what a gift to feel held and heard like that. Thank you for being the absolute best audience, for holding space for my story and for sharing this unique moment with me, with us.

Sharing the stage with friends again felt like the warmest blanket, @vincentgendron & @gabriel.forget so much love for you both. And my darling Guillaume Lortie, our incredible soundman, thank you my friend for your magic! 🫶🏼

my journey to visit home was :

• almost arriving to the airport only to realize I forgot my passport home 🙃

• getting back home to grab it, calling a uber that just keeps cancelling so ending up redoing the tube journey to Heathrow airport (spent 4.5 hours in the tube that day just to get from my home to the airport)

• arriving at the airport and all gates are closed because of an air traffic issue (no flights are leaving all across the UK until issue is fixed) then waiting by the gate for six hours to know if the flight will be delayed or cancelled

• my flight getting cancelled, and having booked with bank points had to call the bank to rebook instead of being able to do it through the aircraft company, but the bank was unable to be helpful in the matter 🙃🙃🙃 and I ended up booking a new flight by myself for the next day (at a violent price you could imagine)

• crashing at a friend’s place (bless her heart, she was my savior and made me dinner and a warm bed we love her so much)

• doing it all over again six hours later, and thankfully boarding process goes smoothly, I even got to sit at a restaurant and have breakfast before my flight 🙌

Most chaotic experience and would not recommend ever — over 2000 flights were cancelled that day, but heyyyyy, I’m finally reunited with my family and I’m safe so all is well 🥹💛
