I figured it was time I officially introduced myself!

My name is Meredith, and I am so excited to be your new esti. I took the leap and started school to get licensed a couple of months ago, and I’ll be graduating in September! Growing up, I really struggled with my skin (and my confidence) and I want to help you know that no matter what, you are BEAUTIFUL! Your skin does not define you 🤍

My husband and I are expecting our first baby at the end of October, so quickly after I graduate! We are so excited for our baby to join our family!! We also have two cats who we love dearly, who are named after a couple of our favorite book characters!

I love being outside, and part of the reason why I’m a huge advocate for sun protection is because of how much I burn, and family history of skin cancer. No matter your skin color, you need sun protection, too!

I can’t wait to get to know you and help you achieve your skin goals 🫶

From dehydrated and a compromised skin barrier to a customized skincare routine that focuses on progress.

Living in the desert, it is very common to find dehydrated skin. We focused her transformation on hydrating her skin and rebuilding her compromised skin barrier. We did that by focusing on water based products and waited to exfoliate until her barrier showed signs of improvement.

Progress over perfection 😍🫶 by @_meresthetics

UNBOXING TIMEEEE

so so excited to begin introducing hale and hush into my personal skincare, as well as being able to treat your skin with them in the future (keep an eye out for after graduation 👀)

Sensitive skin deserves just as much love as all of the other skin types do, and I’m so happy that @haleandhush loves us sensitive skin baddies

Looking for glowing skin?

Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive, and fast skin procedure that exfoliates the top layer of your skin (the one where all your dead skin cells are)

At @avedainstitutephoenix we use diamond tips to get your skin smooth and shiny.

Microderm also helps treating fine lines and wrinkles, improves light acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and unclogging your pores!

LED Light Therapy has become more and more popular, and with great reason! It’s suitable for ALL skin types and tones

Light therapy is a great way to treat specific concerns you have about your skin (like fine lines/wrinkles, acne, sensitivities, etc) and a simple way to pamper yourself!! It’s also a non-invasive treatment so there’s no pain and no downtime.

It is best you don’t do it just once! Dedicate time during your facial to let the light in, and enjoy a massage 💆‍♀️🪞

Brendan is such a joy in my life. He’s been so supportive of my esthetician journey. So so grateful for him 🤍

THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO SCHEDULE YOUR WAX!!

Schedule a brow wax to take the stress away from maintaining your brows on your own.

It is ideal if you can schedule appointments 3-4 weeks from each other! This ensures that the wax has enough hair to grip, as well as keeping your brows clean 💅

You can also add a brow lamination and a tint! Adding a brow lami and tint helps minimize your getting ready time in the mornings, which is one of my favorite things.

If you’re a fan of a minimal makeup look, saving time, and dedicating time to yourself, schedule today!
