After a long break from racing the full marathon distance, I came into this race with one clear mission, to chase a new personal best and make a serious attempt at breaking 3:05.

For the first time in my running journey, I lined up at 1:30 AM. A completely different experience that challenged my usual routine, especially when it came to managing sleep, nutrition and race preparation. This race was an experiment and unfortunately, things didn’t go exactly as planned🥀

The real battle began at KM25. My right hamstring started showing signs of cramping, followed by both calves. From that moment on, the race became less about chasing the clock and more about survival. Every kilometre became a battle. Every step required a little more grit. But I refused to stop😤

I switched into survival mode and fought my way through the pain, pushing forward until I finally crossed that finish line✨

I didn’t achieve the target I came for, but I walked away with something far more valuable experience, lessons, and a new personal best. Every setback is part of the journey, and every race is another opportunity to learn, evolve and come back stronger🙌🏼

My goal remains the same ! 🏆

From Underdog to Champion UiTM Ultra 2026 🏔️🏆

Last year, @_mhdmin missed the Top 10 by just one spot, finishing 11th.
This year, he came back with one mission: finish stronger.

Same route. Same challenge.
But a whole new level.

⏱️ 52KM Personal Best
From 5:30 → 4:30

More than a Top 10 finish, @_mhdmin rewrote his own limits and delivered a statement performance. He now stands as the 3rd fastest on the course, just behind Haziq Hamzah.

Proof that consistency, belief, and smart training change everything.

Muallim Cross Country Run 2026🌲

My trail race debut marks a whole new chapter in my running journey. Being given the opportunity to explore a different side of running was truly a memorable and rewarding experience🤩

I came into this race with no expectations, no pressure. just the intention to enjoy the beautiful trails and breathtaking scenery of Muallim. Alhamdulillah, the day ended with a Top 3 finish in the 10KM Men’s Open category, making the experience even more special✨

A special shoutout to my GOAT of trail running, @fikrihusni11 for your guidance and the opportunity to be part of the Muallim Cross Country Run 2026 as an ambassador. Huge congratulations as well to @absolutewellnessmy and @muallimxmy for delivering such a well-organised event from start to finish🙌🏼

This definitely won’t be my last time here. I’ll be back, and I highly recommend every runner to add this race to your calendar next year. See you on the trails! ⛰️🏃‍♂️🌿

ALEPS EKIDEN 2026 ⚡️

Short-distance races aren’t usually my thing, but when Boss @ssyazwan.my entrusted me with the opportunity to represent Team BMAI in the Men Open category, it was a challenge I couldn’t pass up. More than just a race, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to test my current fitness and take a shot at lowering my 5K personal best.

Alhamdulillah, mission accomplished. Not only did I hit my target, but it was also a good indicator that the current training block is heading in the right direction for the races ahead.

While the event itself may have been far from perfect, I’m genuinely proud of what our team managed to achieve on the day. Racing alongside a group of dedicated runners and contributing to the team’s result made the experience even more meaningful✨

Huge thanks to @da_nishh_ , abang @zlkhr.__ and uncle @tokiaday for the teamwork, commitment and fighting spirit. The result is ours to celebrate, but the journey continues🙌🏼

One race down. Many bigger goals ahead. 🚀🔥

Subang Jaya Half Marathon 2026✨

Final race before I switch gears for the off-season and lock in for Ramadhan 🌙

Zero pressure. Zero expectations. Just vibes. But Alhamdulillah, still managed to sneak into Top 15 😮‍🔥

Honestly, this one was just to test the engine after weeks of grinding through an ultra training block — no speedwork, all endurance. Halfway through… boom. Bonked hard. Body said “enough.” Even puked mid-race — first time in a longgg time 🤮😂

But that’s part of the game. We build, we suffer, we learn.

Shoutout to @sportsaddict.my for supplying the gels for this race . Fuel on point as always 🙌🏽⚡️

In shaa Allah, after Raya we reload, reset, and start a fresh training block. Stronger legs, sharper speed, bigger goals. Let’s cook 🤟🏽🔥
