A little bit about me🏋️‍♀️
I started my gym journey back in 2020. My aim was to find a new hobby, stay fit and to gain more muscle definition. The first couple of years I did not take it very seriously and struggled to stay consistent. In 2023/2024 I started falling in love with the gym and the whole atmosphere, it became more of a routine in my life an as I started to see more progress it really made me determined. Consistency and patience is key🫡

Going to the gym has done far more for me than just improving my physical health - it’s been a huge support for my mental well-being too. It gives me a space to release stress and reset when life feels a bit heavy. Even on tough days, showing up helps me feel more in control and more grounded. Honestly, it’s played a big role in keeping me sane, not just strong🥲

I’m making this account to motivate, support and share the love🤍

The before pictures were when I first started my journey in 2020 and the current ones are within the last year.
