The Journey 100 is now online!
.
After completing my certification as an Ultra Running Coach, I knew the next step was to create a space where I could showcase my work and offer my services as a trail running coach.
.
It took me a lot of learning, studying, watching tutorials, and asking a lot of questions, but I did it!
The website is now online and I’d love for you to visit it and give me your feedback (link is in my bio).
.
My coaching project is called The Journey 100 and it’s designed to help runners of all levels achieve their goals.
It doesn’t matter if your goal is to run your first 5K on the mountains, complete 100 miles, get out of a sedentary lifestyle or transform your habits through running.
.
I work with science-based training plans, controlling loads, designing specific sessions to improve in all aspects, and doing personalized follow-up.
But most importantly: everything is tailored to your lifestyle and personal commitments.
.
Another pillar of The Journey 100 is education.
I want to help you understand every session, every training block, and every key concept of running, so that you train with purpose and achieve the best results.
.
I’m excited about this new step and committed to continuing to learn.
I already have new studies in my sights!
.
I invite you to enter the page, explore and give me your opinion.
And if you are looking for a coach for the 2025 season, send me a DM or leave your details on the website in the contact section.
.
See you on the mountains 🏔️

We runners set goals, train for months, and give it our all, yet often fall short; that’s the nature of this sport.
.
I worked hard this year, starting back in December, focusing on speed, then volume, nutrition, and tune up races, all with the single goal of finishing the Kodiak 100K in under 13 hours.
.
This time, I succeeded; the race went exactly as I had planned and dreamed.
.
Kodiak 100K – 10,900 ft – 12h 48m 42s.
.
That’s how I’m wrapping up my 2026 running season.

Race week!
.
This marks the end of a year where I’ve raced quite a bit, four road races and two trail races, all leading up to this moment: my “A-race,” the Kodiak by UTMB 100K.
.
I feel ready to embrace the pain; I’m well-trained, my plans are all mapped out, and my goal is clear. Now, all that’s left is to run.
.
In these days, the nerves and doubts are starting to creep in, that internal chatter. It’s completely normal, but nothing is going to knock me off track from achieving that PR on Saturday.

My first SpeedGoat 50K is now in the books.
.
The Wasatch Mountains never disappoint; it’s a grueling race, reputedly one of the toughest in the U.S. and without a doubt, the hardest 50K I’ve ever run.
.
I didn’t achieve any of my specific goals, but I enjoyed the experience immensely. Overall, the takeaway is very positive: I gave it my all, and during the tough moments, I simply reflected and accepted the situation.
.
I still have more goals to pursue, and that’s the beauty of this sport: as long as the fire is burning, you’ll always have a chance for a redemption.
