Life update: At the end of this month will be 1 year since I was hospitalized, July 29th 2022. A date that will live in infamy! But honestly, I took a few steps back recently and regressed on my walking skills. However, know that regression after a stroke/heart attack is common and often temporary! My week days still consist of physical therapy but in a swimming pool 🏊! Thank you all who still check up on me and pray 🙏🏼 for me. Trust me I can feel it, I’m coming back better than ever My G! taken in Los Angeles, California by @_mikenavi

First off, I want to thank everyone for all of the messages, prayers and well wishes and contributions. I have been through a lot these past two weeks and I am just grateful to be alive. I want to thank my family and all of my friends that have been by my side throughout this whole life changing experience. I especially want to thank Ruby for being there to save my life. Currently at the moment I’m just working on rehabilitating my self so I can finally come back home and get back to business. I will respond to all messages when I can.
