I have a habit of sticking to the same tropes, so this year, I’m letting the dice decide. 🎲

I am officially starting my Romanceopoly journey and I am obsessed. Just look at this map—it’s gorgeous!

The goal? To break out of my comfort zone, discover some new sub-genres, and finally tackle that never-ending TBR. Will I find a new favorite genre or get stuck in “book jail”? Stay tuned! 📖💖

Let’s Split Up was such a fun surprise for me 🕵️‍♀️📚

I went into this and immediately got Scooby-Doo vibes

The mystery, the group dynamics, the “okay this is spooky but also kinda fun” energy? It totally sent me back to being a kid and loving every second of it.

It’s fast, entertaining, and the kind of book that keeps you guessing while still feeling cozy and nostalgic. I had such a good time with it and honestly just enjoyed the ride instead of overthinking everything.

If you love mysteries that feel playful, a little eerie, and full of throwback energy, I’d definitely recommend this one 🖤

Did anyone else get Scooby-Doo vibes from this or is that just me? 👀✨ by @_minireads_

If you loved One Dark Window, you need to read Consuming Shadows next.

Same dark, moody atmosphere, secrets layered on secrets, and that feeling that something is always just about to go wrong. I was instantly pulled back into that shadowy, slightly unhinged world and couldn’t stop turning pages.

It’s one of those books that creeps up on you — the vibes, the tension, the magic — and suddenly you’re way too invested.

Have you read either of these? Or do you have another dark fantasy rec I should add to my list? 🖤📚 by @_minireads_

Currently reading Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf🐺❄️

Listen… this book has so much potential.Cozy Alaska setting, monsters living quiet lives, grumpy innkeeper vs sunshine heiress, fated mates? On paper, this should’ve been a win for me.

But Luna is testing my patience in ways I didn’t expect 😭

She’s very sunshine, very spoiled, very loud — and not in a fun way. I keep wanting to love her, but instead I’m side-eyeing my Kindle every few chapters.

That said… Oliver? I like him. A lot. Fully team grumpy wolf who just wants peace and quiet. And the town itself is cozy, charming, and honestly the reason I’m still reading.

Not a favorite so far, but it is an easy, cozy read — if you’re into grumpy vs sunshine, fated mates, and don’t mind an annoying FMC, this might still work for you 🖤 by @_minireads_

Daydream by Hannah Grace 💭🤍

This one is my favorite in the series and I’m standing by that. It felt softer, more emotional, and way more immersive than the others, and I was hooked the entire time.

The romance really worked for me, the vibes were cozy but still hit emotionally, and it was one of those reads that’s just easy to sink into. I flew through it and didn’t want it to end.

Overall, this book just worked for me. Comfort read energy, but still memorable. Definitely the standout of the series for me. by @_minireads_

Thrillers that kept me glued to the pages and actually shocked me at the end 👀⚡️

The kind where you tell yourself “just one more chapter” and suddenly it’s 2 a.m.

✔️ unexpected twists
✔️ tension that doesn’t let up
✔️ finished in one sitting (or very close)

If you love thrillers with endings you don’t see coming, these are so worth the read.
Which one would you start with? 📚🖤 by @_minireads_

I’m still not over this edition 🥹📖

The Girlfriend Agreement special edition is STUNNING, but the illustrated comic scenes?? Absolutely next level. Seeing these moments come to life on the page makes the story hit even harder.

This is the kind of book you don’t just read — you experience.

Forever obsessed, forever flipping back to the illustrations, forever in love ✨💕
