A few weeks ago, during my personal prayer, I ended up at Jeremiah 18:2–4 — the passage about the potter and the clay.

The clay was marred in the potter’s hands, but he didn’t throw it away. He simply reshaped it into another vessel, as seemed best to him.

I kept thinking about it, and even asked a few friends to share their reflections. And eventually, I realised… I’m that marred clay too. Broken, weak, imperfect, and unable to fix or shape myself.

But the clay doesn’t have to know what it’s becoming. The Potter does.

Maybe the pressure and hardships we go through sometimes feel confusing. We may not understand why we are being pressed, stretched or reshaped. But the Potter knows what He is doing.

All I need to remember is that I’m still in His hands. 🤍

And then, a few days ago, while we were discussing song suggestions for our Sunday choir, someone suggested the song "Change My Heart Oh God."

I started listening to it… and the song brought me right back to that reflection from a few weeks ago.

It felt like God was reminding me of the same thing all over again.

So I thought I’d sing this as a little reminder to myself:

I am the clay.
He is the Potter.
And I am still in His hand formed in better shape . 🕊️

Short Hair Moana for a day...

I had to hide a nonchalant dog🐶 who was peacefully sleeping, so kept a random sticker 😅.

Most of us notice the famous artwork "Lamp Bear" sitting in the middle of the terminal. Only later do we discover "The Orchard", the huge indoor tropical garden on the opposite side of the airport.

It's funny that I have been to this airport thrice, and that took very long layovers and yet found the mini rainforest only on the last visit. Thanks to @_halfgirl_ 🫡

Never miss it if given a chance!
