I never complained about what was on my plate because my goal was to eat and today is proof of that .

Today is more than a graduation, it’s proof that God never let me fold. HE IS GREAT! Every late night, every sacrifice, every struggle… worth it. From walking into rooms unnoticed to becoming somebody they can’t ignore, I did it with grace, pressure, and purpose.

So today? Today I celebrate myself too.

Forever grateful for the memories, the growth, and the people who made this journey so special🥹

To GLAM,
thank you for bringing me closer to so many amazing girls and giving me a space where I could truly be myself. You helped me grow into my confidence and step into my light. From serving as Marketing Ambassador to being a Glambassador, I learned so much by planning events, promoting them, building marketing skills, and building meaningful connections that I’ll carry with me. But more than anything, you were a community where I felt seen, supported, and free to have fun while becoming my best self💗 @glamatfau

To Konbit Kreyol,
I came in as the quiet, shy member, not knowing this would become my home away from home. Being surrounded by people who share my culture meant everything to me. It grounded me and filled me with pride. Stepping into the role of historian and president shaped me into the person I am today, pushing me to grow in ways I never imagined. you gave me an experience I will never forget. Through every moment, I gained leadership skills, learned how to network, and truly learned what it means to serve my community. Everybody wanted to know what I would do if I didn’t win… I guess we’ll never know 👩🏽‍🎓.

Thank you Florida Atlantic University,

I came into this journey not fully knowing what I was carrying, but I learned how to carry it anyway. There were seasons where things felt heavy, uncertain, and overwhelming but I kept going, not because it was easy, but because I had a goal I refused to let go of. And somehow, through all the growing pains, I didn’t just survive it, I became someone stronger, softer, and more sure of myself than when I started. God was the foundation over everything, steady when I was unsure, present when I felt stretched, and faithful in ways I didn’t always understand in the moment.

Looking back, it wasn’t just about making it through it was about becoming. And I did.

Psalm 20:4
“May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed”.

In T-minus 3 days, I’ll officially be an FAU alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Science and Minor in Health Administration and to that i say.. hoot hoot!🦉 💙❤️
